Denis J. Manginelli
Chief Financial Officer
 Prior to joining CoreLab Partners in April 2007, Mr. Manginelli served as Vice President of Finance, Human Resources and Chief Financial Officer for Omnicare Clinical Research, Inc. a full service CRO. Before joining Omnicare Clinical Research, Mr. Manginelli worked in the Pharmaceutical industry, spending almost 25 years with Aventis, Inc. and its predecessor companies in various capacities in the Finance arena. Mr. Manginelli began his career with Ernst & Young (formerly Ernst & Ernst). He is a C.P.A. and holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Long Island University - C.W. Post Center and an M.B.A. in Finance from St. John’s University.
